Freddy Burger

Founder & Manager

Over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, including 12 years dedicated to building and renovating homes throughout Southwest Florida. Licensed as both a General Contractor and a Realtor, he oversees every stage of the process—from lot acquisition and project development to final sale—ensuring efficiency, transparency, and strong returns for investors.

Originally from Argentina, he holds a Construction Technology degree from the prestigious Otto Krause Technical School in Buenos Aires, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. This combination of technical expertise, engineering knowledge, and hands-on construction experience provides a unique foundation for delivering high-quality residential projects with careful planning, cost control, and long-term value.

What is the minimum investment to participate?
For Collective Investment the minimum ticket is $25,000 USD. For the Turnkey product the amount varies by project and chosen lot; it generally starts from $200,000 USD. Contact us to learn about the opportunities currently available.
Do I need to be a U.S. citizen or resident to invest?
No. Non-resident foreigners can invest in U.S. real estate. Bower Homes works with investors from Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, and other countries. Our team guides you through every step of the legal and documentary process to make the transaction simple and safe.
How is my capital protected during construction?
Your investment is backed by the real property: the lot and construction have market value from day one. Additionally, there is a legally valid signed contract between the parties under Florida state law. All projects carry a construction insurance policy and investor funds are held in separate accounts, with disbursements aligned to construction progress.
When and how do I receive my profits?
In Collective Investment, profits are distributed at the close of the property sale, generally 6 months after the project starts. You will receive your original capital plus the agreed return in a direct international wire transfer. Before closing you receive regular progress reports so you can follow along in real time.
Can I visit the construction site or see my investment's progress?
If you can travel to Florida, we coordinate a site visit with prior notice. We also send photo and progress reports at key construction milestones. We offer 24/7 camera access. You also have direct access to Freddy by phone or WhatsApp for any question at any point during the project.
How do I report the gains generated in the U.S.?
As a non-resident foreigner, gains from selling U.S. real estate are subject to U.S. federal tax (FIRPTA) and may also be taxable in your country of residence depending on tax treaties. We recommend consulting a specialist in international taxation before investing. We can refer you to trusted professionals we work with regularly.
